🔷 Executive Search Subcontractor Opportunity (State of Maryland RFP)

Walton Global Enterprise, LLC (WGE) is seeking an experienced Executive Search professional or firm to partner with us on a proposal submission for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) Executive Director recruitment project.

This is a short‑term, fixed‑price subcontractor engagement supporting a 3‑month statewide executive search.

Required Qualifications

To be considered, you must have:

• 5+ years of executive‑level recruitment experience

• Demonstrated success placing C‑suite or senior public‑sector leaders

• Ability to provide 1–3 professional references from the past five years

• Experience developing screening matrices, ranking tools, and interview materials

• Availability to support a fast‑moving search process

Scope of Work

The subcontractor will support:

• Nationwide executive search strategy

• Candidate sourcing and vetting

• Screening and ranking

• Development of interview questions

• Preparation of a qualified candidate list

• Collaboration with the MHBE Board of Trustees

Engagement Details

• Prime Contractor: Walton Global Enterprise, LLC

• Contract Length: 3 months

• Start Date: Upon award

• Compensation: Competitive flat‑fee subcontractor rate
