About the Founder

Walton Global Enterprise was founded by Dr. Rayon Layne Walton, who brings 25+ years of leadership and operational experience from the U.S. Marine Corps and the Department of Defense — along with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership (Ed.D.), an MBA, a B.S. in Social Psychology, a Google Project Management Certification, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

WGE exists to bring that same discipline — the structure, accountability, and follow-through of high-stakes operational leadership — to growing companies that need their people operations to work as hard as they do.
